ESMoSphere™, a trademark of ESMo, are devices that work on changing the energy level of the targeted non-metallic objects; specifically on liquid molecules.

There are the products marketed.

1. FoodSphere : a device that causes the water bonding strength to be increased; hence slowing down the energy (heat) transfer that causes food damage due to dehydration & enzymes reactions.

Useful for: All kinds of perishable food that are prone to spoilage due to fluctuating ambient temperatures.

Example: Food transportation & display.

2. HeatSphere : a device that causes the water bonding strength to be weakened; hence able to heat up the sotrage water heater tank in shorrter time and able to get more hot water.

3. Wine Enhancer : a novel device that increases the free surface energy that accelerates oxidation and aroma release of the liquors and wine, thus fast aging of alcoholic beverages. MAking it soft and smooth for drinking.
