[1] Is the device safe ?
Definitely. The magnetic field emitted from the ESMoSPHERE™ conforms strictly to WHO safety guidelines (Ref. ACGIH 1998 & ICNIRP 1994) on EMF to humans.
[2] Can the device come in direct contact to food ?
Yes. The epoxy material used to make ESMoSPHERE™ is certified to be non - toxic to human beings and there is no detection of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium.
[3] Does it work on all kinds of perishables ?
Currently, we have several types of ESMoSPHERE™ products. Some are specifically for seafoods and some are for both, seafoods and meat products. Kindly refer to your local distributors for advice and recommendations.
[4] What is the effective coverage area of these ESMoSPHERE™ ?
The effective protection zone is in dome shape and with a specific radius according to the product type. For example,
ESMoSPHERE™ - ES-15, the effective radius is up to 15 inches (38cm)
ESMoSPHERE™ - ES-18 model, the effective radius is up to 18 inches (46cm)
[5] Can I place 2 ESMoSPHERE™ side by side ?
The magnetic energy propagates in an outward direction from the device. So if another ESMoSPHERE™ comes near it, there will be some interference. To avoid weakening the food protection effect, keep them at least one effective distance apart.
For example, a 15 inches (38cm) ESMoSPHERE™ - ES-15 device should have at least a 15 inches distance between the 2 ESMoSPHERE™.
However, for 2 ESMoSPHERE™ devices placed on top of each other, no minimum distance is required.

[2] Can the device come in direct contact to food ?
No. The coaster is designed to oxidize your drink. That means if a food rests on the coaster, it will become oxidized and dehydrated qucikly.
[3] Does it work on all kinds of alcoholic drinks ?
Wines or hard liquors that require further smoothening and oxidation will find the coaster useful. However, if the wine is not tannic (e.g. white wines) or is already well aged, there is no need for the coaster. Like wise for premium hard liquors such as X.O.s.
[4] What is the effective coverage area of these ESMoSPHERE™ ?
The magnetic field emitted from the coaster comes out in a vertical form. So any drinks placed beside the coaster will not have any exposure effect. On the effective height of the coaster, you can refer to the brochure.
[5] Does it have any effect on beers ?
Yes. However, your beer will become 'flat' and taste less bitter. But do note that there will be no effect on drinks if a metal container is used (e.g. aluminum can).
